(We'll talk about them later.)   "The Big Red Fez" by Seth Godin is a must-have for anyone who sells from a website. It's a small book, a quick read, and very good. It goes straight to the heart of effective site design.   One of my favorite marketing books from a "stand back and think about it" perspective is "Marketing Warfare" by Ries and Trout. It provides a fascinating approach to the basic concepts behind, and approaches to, marketing. It's well-written and, IMO, an absolute must-have.   New affiliation with Amazon 29-July-2002 -- Susan Pichotta   Icetips Software is pleased to announce that we have been accepted as an official associate of Amazon.com.   Product Scope Pro 15-July-2002 -- Susan Pichotta   Product Scope 32 PRO version 4.5 has been released. Read more about it   Email PDF Files from Previewers 1-July-2002 -- Arnór Baldvinsson   George Lehmann has written an article in Clarion Magazine (subscription requried), on how to use PDF-Tools to generate PDF files from a report in a previewer. He used the RPM previewer as an example, but has added information about how to use it with the Icetips Previewer.

INN Bio: Steven Spierenburg 21-Aug-2002 -- Susan Pichotta   For this week's INN Bio, we visit Europe again and meet a former professional (and Army) cook. Now a programmer, he's spent time working with Clarion & IBM AS400s, and building (or not?) websites. It has also been difficult to print more than one copy of a report without clicking on the print/report button twice, or using the printer properties to specify multiple copies.
