How easy is it for your prospective customer to buy from you? Do you make them beg (or the internet equivalent), before you'll let them give you money? What do I mean by that, and what can you do to make buying easier?

INN Bio: Nik Johnson

For this week's Icetips News Network featured bio, we bring you: Jolly Old Saint Nik! Well, the Clarion version, anyway.
A former aircraft wing inspector and distillery VP, he certainly could qualify as a relative of St. Nick, now, couldn't he? He's worked in flying through the air (just like Mr. Claus), and certainly a distillery makes people happy (just like Mr. Claus). Well, OK, maybe a stretch, but it's still a great bio. And don't miss the picture at the end: Nik, Tom Hebenstreit, Jim Kane and Andrew Guidroz, all looking their best. ;)

INN Bio: Mike Gorman

This week, the Icetips News Network is pleased to feature a rather well-known Clarion programmer who claims "I don't do software development". Riiiight... he also says "data is executed policy and therefore the definition of data is the essence of corporate policy". Hmmm.... well, don't think it's all serious, Gramps manages to make fun of quite a few things along the way, including my husband's hairline. <g>

INN Bio: Jim Kane

This week, the Icetips News Network is pleased to present a bio that many have requested. One of the most well-known and technically able programmers among us, he's actually a Harvard-educated dentist and retired Air Force officer.
He has a dry sense of humor which I enjoy, and it comes through in this interesting bio (even if listening to him talk about programming gives me an inferiority complex ;). And he has some great stories, too.
